Welcome to BrightBee Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.brightbee.co.in, mobile application BBConnect, and related services including ERP, LMS, and digital solutions.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

  • Company refers to BrightBee Technologies.

  • User refers to any individual accessing our services (students, parents, teachers, administrators).

  • Institution refers to schools/colleges using BrightBee services.

  • Platform refers to BrightBee ERP, BBConnect mobile app, website, and associated systems.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any BrightBee service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

3. Services Provided

BrightBee provides:

  • School ERP & LMS platforms

  • BBConnect mobile application

  • Website design and management

  • Digital branding and marketing services

  • On-site administrative support

  • Technical training and implementation

Service availability depends on subscription agreements with institutions.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes

  • Respect institutional policies

  • Not misuse or attempt unauthorized access

  • Not upload harmful or illegal content

Institutions are responsible for managing their users.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. BrightBee is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

6. Data Ownership

All academic and institutional data belongs to the respective institution. BrightBee acts only as a service provider and data processor.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Payment terms are governed by individual agreements with institutions. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

All fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, content, logos, and materials belong to BrightBee Technologies. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Integrations

BrightBee integrates third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, Google Meet, and Zoom. We are not responsible for their availability or policies.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, BrightBee does not guarantee continuous availability due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

BrightBee shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss due to external factors

  • User errors

  • Internet/network failures

  • Third-party service disruptions

Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid during the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

BrightBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms or institutional agreements.

Users may discontinue usage through their institution.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

14. Modifications to Terms

BrightBee may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
