REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At BrightBee Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services to educational institutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.


1. Service Subscription

BrightBee provides digital services including ERP systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), mobile applications, website management, and digital branding.

Once a service subscription is activated or implementation has commenced, payments made are non-refundable, as significant resources are allocated toward setup, configuration, training, and deployment.


2. Cancellation Requests

Institutions or clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request to support@brightbee.co.in.

  • Cancellations requested before service activation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cancellations requested after activation or onboarding will not be eligible for refund.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if any, will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or excess payment

  • Technical error resulting in unsuccessful service activation

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees after service activation

  • Custom development or branding charges

  • Training or onboarding fees

  • Digital marketing or website services

  • Mobile app customization charges


5. Service Interruptions

Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, internet issues, or third-party providers do not qualify for refunds.


6. Modification of Policy

BrightBee Technologies reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
